Oxford International Academy organized a training session for the staff on National education policy and National curriculum framework.

🥳This training session was conducted by Dr. Ritu Narang. She is an experienced Teacher,Educator, extensively involved in consultancy, training and research in Education.

NCERT has developed the first ever integrated Curriculum Framework for children between ages 3-8 on India.🧒
Envisioning an integrated approach to Early Childhood Care and Education for the children 3-8 this phase of Education uses 'Play' at the core of the conceptual, operational and transactional approaches to Curriculum organizations.

It lays a clear path for the goal of achieving foundational literacy and numeracy as articulated in NEP 2020 with age appropriate strategies.

The training was beneficial for the Teachers as it helped them to understand the child's needs better and to provide them with the necessary support to overcome challenges they may face.🙂
