Beginning her career as a social studies teacher in Sikar, Rajasthan, Dr. Malik has transformed institutions and inspired generations across cities such as Ajmer and Jaipur. With more than three decades of progressive leadership, she has risen from teacher to coordinator and rightfully raised to Designation of the Principal, leading institutions with vision, commitment, and impact for decades.

Her expertise in faculty leadership, team building, parental engagement, curriculum innovation, and strategic administration elevated Ryan International School, Ajmer, and later Vardhman International School, Jaipur, to distinguished positions among CBSE-affiliated institutions.

Guided by her mantra of the 3Ds - devotion, dedication, and determination, she has consistently set new benchmarks of success. In 2014, she established a new branch of Ryan International School in Ajmer, achieving an extraordinary enrollment of 2,000 students within its first two years. At Vardhman International School, she further strengthened her legacy by building it into an epitome of quality education with 2,000+ students.
